AREAS OF PRACTICE

• DOMESTIC RELATIONS:  All areas of family law including divorce and equitable distribution, support, custody, guardianship, adoption.
• ESTATE PLANNING: Preparing estate plans and probate.  No matter how big or small your estate is, everybody should have at least the four basic estate documents ? a will, trust, power of attorney for health, and power of attorney for property.  Without these documents, you are leaving the decisions regarding your health and property to the state.
• CORPORATE LAW: Formation of business entities including partnerships, corporations, non-profit entities and has handled both the acquisition and sale of various businesses.
• IRS/STATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The Federal Government is the largest employer in the United States.  If you have a tax dispute, they have unlimited resources with which to pursue you.  We have helped many taxpayers resolve their issues with both the IRS and local state governments.  Don’t go it alone, there is too much at risk.
• REAL ESTATE: I am a licensed title agent with Attorneys Title Guarantee Company representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
